We’re so exciting to expand overseas and be able to provide better shipping to our European customers – so you can order all the UPPPER you can dream of (without the high shipping price tag)!

Where We Are Shipping From
Our distribution will be shipping out of Wrexham, United Kingdom. We’ll be shipping through UK Royal Mail.
For the rest of Europe we will be shipping through Royal Mail and DPD. Deutsche Post will be coming soon – and we’ll update you as soon as we can!

Shipping Rates, Delivery Time, and More
We wanted to open a distribution center in the UK in order to reduce shipping costs for everyone in Europe. However, we do not have the shipping rates yet. We want to ensure we get the BEST rates possible, and as soon as we do, we’ll send an update through email – so be on the lookout!
As for delivery times, you can expect your UPPPER orders to arrive much faster.
- UK: 2-3 Days
- Rest of Europe: 4-8 Days
Another important thing to note, for everyone outside of the UK, orders are limited to a total of €150. Higher value orders will have to be ordered separately.
Will Any Taxes or Fees Apply?
All duties and fees will be included, so there will be no hidden fees or taxes.
Returns Policy
We are determining our Returns Policy for our UK customers, but for the rest of Europe there will be no returns or exchanges… yet. There will be in the future, but for now there isn’t. We’ll update everyone once we have all the details!
