i followed measurements and was on the cusp of small and medium so i sized up to medium because i saw they ran smaller. mediums were still too small even after trying to stretch/break them in. the exchange process was so easy though and i got my large sleeves quickly.

The UPPPER knee sleeves are very comfortable, with thick material that provides great support. However, the sizing is tricky — I chose a medium based on measurements, but they’re tight, especially behind the knees when bending, causing discomfort after a while. So I feel like I should’ve sized up.
The logo is cute, but the top logo started peeling off on the second wear.
If you prioritise comfort, these are solid, but be cautious about the sizing and logo durability.
